Todd Exteriors… Andrew was very professional and organized as he inspected our house recently… upon arrival Andrew step by step laid out his equipment… staged his setup and… then proceeded to inspect the roof … every square foot of roof was inspected… then the job of treating the roof began…soft cleaning first and removing all loose material was completely deposed of… then another walk down to get any remaining dirt and debris left… then Andrew moved to the next step of actually treating the moss with removal agents to stop the moss growth… Andrew did an awesome job of taking care of the roof and treating the moss… the roof looked great after all the care given to restoring its condition…Andrew’s professional work and knowledge of roof care was absolutely amazing…
I was very pleased with the service of Todd Exteriors. From the very beginning when I reached out for an estimate, the communication between us was exceptional. From my first inquiry, reaching out to set up the estimate to the day of Andrew was doing our roof work he was punctual and informative in his communication. Communicating face-to-face he was very professional and this increased my trust in the service that we purchased. I love the three-year warranty that comes with the work that Andrew did to our roof what a blessing that is for us are Senior citizens. As Andrew was working, and I checked every so often on him and saw the debris coming off our roof I so hoped that cleaning up our yard and exterior would be part of his job as well. I actually feel that he left not only our roof but the exterior of our home better than when he arrived that was indeed a blessing as well.
Todd and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish cleaning my roof, gutters and driveway. His communication skills were spot-on as he arrived on time and explained to me the cleaning process ever step of the way. He was extra careful using chemicals around my fish pond which I greatly appreciated. Clean up was very thorough and all areas look way better. I highly recommend Todd Exteriors and would use the service again!
Andrew with Todd Exteriors delivers what he promises. He came out, cleaned my roof and gutters, then provided a 3 year warranty against the return of moss. The estimate wasn't the highest, or the lowest, but a very fair price for the service he provided. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone. I will also be using him in the future. Thank you Andrew for the excellent service!

Wish I could give them 10 stars. Andrew responded immediately. He was at our house within a few hours to give us an estimate. Schedule us out within two weeks during a very busy time of year. And probably saved us more than $1800. The other closest estimate cost $1800 more! Roof looks great. Gutters look great. They cleaned up all the moss. I am very happy.
Had the pleasure of working with Andrew at Todd Exteriors he cleaned the outside of our commercial building and it looks brand new. I highly recommend!

Andrew has maintained my roof and cleaned my gutters for the last 2 years. Excellent work and he has great communication on when he will show up. Area around house from the debris of the gutter is cleaned up and left better then when he got there.
Todd Exteriors is fast, friendly, reliable, and they always offer to come back by if any needs a touch-up. There really isn't much more I could ask for.
When they showed up at my home, I expected the basic roof cleaning and moss treatment. What I did not expect was the high degree of attention to detail and extensive time they put into ensuring that my roof was clear of moss and that my anxiety over never having to deal with this issue was relieved. They spent almost 5 hours and the job was impeccable.

Todd came out and was very prompt at our meeting for the quote and inspection. He was very careful with our landscaping and it was obvious his goal was to leave no trace of him being there. My roof was heavily covered in moss three stories up and I also like the fact that he was very safe up there. I was a little shocked at the price, the previous person quoted about double. Once Todd did my roof, I made a vow never to go up there again!

The moss on my parent’s roof had gotten a bit out of control. I contacted Todd Exteriors on Facebook messenger and got a reply within the hour! We scheduled an estimate within a few days, and his prices were very reasonable! We were able to schedule the work within a week! The owner, Andrew Todd, was on time, and professional, for both the estimate and the scheduled work! The work was Done well, and in a timely manner, and multiple payment options were available. I would highly recommend Todd Exteriors!
